A few weeks ago when my Uncle and Aunt (my mom's brother & sister) were visiting from California for my Grandma's 80th birthday, we had family photos taken. We have never had photos of ALL of us together before and we are so pleased with them!
Since many of us are planning to use the very best photos for our Christmas cards this year, I am only sharing a select few poses with you (out of hundreds!) so that they are still somewhat of a surprise when the time comes...

Our Visit to the Pumpkin Patch
About 3 weeks ago, we took Mason to the Pumpkin Patch. We visited the same one we took him to last year since it has hay rides, lots of pumpkins & gourds, beautiful Fall foliage, character cut-outs for photo-ops...lots of fun stuff! Each year, we each pick out our own pumpkin~Wayne gets a big one, I get a medium one & Mason gets a small one. I love that they had this set up!
Mason on the barrel ride~it was so cute! They didn't have this ride last year. It was perfect for his age & he was excited to get on it right after we arrived. Bye-Bye!
Hope they come back...
So realistic...
Loved these:

Mom's Halloween Decorations
I love my Mom's holiday decorations~especially for Fall & Halloween. I took some pictures a few weeks ago & thought I'd share...
Mason with Jack-O-Lantern Mom just got a new, much bigger black tree to hold all of these ornaments...and guess what? She gave this one to me! (I need to get some ornaments now!)
Haunted House

Coffee table in the formal living room~witches hats & pumpkins
Witchy-Poo
Long story short, this is "Chalky" and he likes to dress up for the holidays :)

Grandma's 80th Birthday
Finally finishing up this topic I started...
While my Aunt & Uncle were visiting from CA for my Grandma's birthday, we all went for a big birthday dinner at Basil's. The food was wonderful and the atmosphere was very nice~no place for a 3 year old, who was with us. (Our whole family was there-so no babysitter) Actually, Mason didn't do too bad.
This was the third attempt at this photo~finally taken by Wayne.
After dinner we went back to my parent's to gorge ourselves some more with a yummy cake from Rick's Bakery.
The Birthday Girl!
My uncle sent this gorgeous arrangement~
Grandma had a great birthday and we all had fun laughing & spending time with our family!

Football & Family
Mason and his Grandpa (I love this pic!)
Last weekend, my family celebrated my Grandmother's 80th birthday! My Uncle Jerrold(my Mom's brother) and Aunt Marla (my Mom's sister) both flew in from California for the occasion. While they were here, we ate way too much good food, laughed our heads off and had fun celebrating. (more to come in the next post)
We all went to see (my nephew) Cameron's football game. Unfortunately, he wasn't feeling very good that day, but still managed to make a huge tackle! His team won big that day!
On our way to the stands Mason cheering
The game (Cameron is #20)
Good job, Cameron!
And since we were at the new Rogers Mountie stadium, I had to get Mason's picture with this Mountie...
Jump Zone!
A few weekends ago, Mason was invited to a friend's birthday party at Jump Zone. For those of you who aren't familiar with Jump Zone, it's an indoor facility filled with bouncy-houses and inflatable slides, etc. Needless to say, Mason loved it. He was a little scared at first to go on the HUGE slide (the ship with the octopus) so I took him down it a few times on my lap. Then he took off and started going all by himself! Unfortunately, my camera batteries died...and so did my backup batteries! So I only got a few pictures taken~and none of the cute birthday girl! :(
