Cornhole (the game)

Some of you may be familiar with the lawn game of "Cornhole" and some of you may not. Wayne & I first played the game years ago with our friends & it was called "Baggo." I thought it was the same thing, but turns out Cornhole is just slightly different in rules and size of the board. Anyway, I still like to call it Baggo, much to Wayne's dismay. (Baggo just sounds less like something off of Beavis & Butthead)

So, basically the game goes like this: 2 teams throw bean bags (or corn bags in this case) at the boards, trying to make it in the hole for 3 points or at least on the board for 1 point. (it's harder than you think--the board is slick)
Teams alternate, so an opponant can try to knock your bag off the board. Whichever team reaches 21 first, wins. It's really fun once you get going.
Here are a few links to some stuff about Cornhole: Here and Here and Here

We've always thought it'd be neat to own a set and although they do sell them online, Wayne decided he was going to make them instead. (we thought it'd be cheaper to make them, but turns out it really wasn't. Nevertheless, it's cool to have our own handmade version.) They are not completely done yet, but almost. They're just lacking a red razorback on the top of each board. (Wayne did order the bags online.) I think they turned out great--he did a nice job!

These pics show the progression so far...
