I got a flu shot!
Last year's "plague" hit almost everyone (I was the most sick on Valentine's day) so I thought I might as well give in and just do it. Plus I think I'll have Mason vaccinated & I wouldn't do it to him without putting myself through it. Can I just say~OUCH! The shot itself did not hurt, but my arm started feeling sore right after & it aches all over now! Of course I kept hitting it all day & leaning on it by accident. (not that I lean a lot) Anyway, I did it & I'm a big baby about it. That's pretty much all I wanted to share.
Oh, and that my boss bought me an awesome new desk today! I get to graduate up from the table I was using that had zero work space after shelving my computer, keyboard, adding machine, phone, etc. I will be rearranging my office tomorrow & I need to start a painting for one of the walls. They're screaming for some artwork!
Man, I lead a pretty exciting life.

Ugh...I need to get one too. I got Sam one last year, but I just never got around to getting one. I got one when I was pregnant, but haven't had one since. I will get Sam one again this year though. He had the flu in April right after he turned 1 and it was NOT fun!
We all had it in Feb this year but it was so sad to see Mason so sick like that.
I had planned to get a flu shot today but of course was too busy to go. I do though have the kids schedule in november for check-ups and flu shots. Fun all around!
