Random Photos from June 2011

Random cute pictures from June 2011 that I had to share!

Madelyn was 9 months old & standing while holding on...

This is one of the first times I found Madelyn playing along side her brother in his room--so sweet!

Helping herself to some cereal...

Daddy & Mason headed out for a long bike ride...

Mason's room rearranged with a new shelf.

Playing dollhouse!

Angela's College Graduation (May 2011)

My sister, Angela, graduated with honors from NWACC last Spring! We're all so proud of her and she's now about to graduate with her Masters in Elementary Education. She'll be student teaching very soon!

My whole family was there to watch her walk to get her diploma!
Wayne & Madelyn:

Cameron (nephew), Angela, & Chloe' (niece)

Me, Mason, Angela, Wayne, & Madelyn

With my parents...

And Grandma...

And her husband, Forrest.

My parents threw her a party at their house after the ceremony.

Love this pic of Grandma & Madelyn.

My Aunt Liz & Uncle Clinton came to visit from Colorado.

 Congrats, Angela!

Chloe's 18th Birthday! (May 2011)

Still working on getting this blog caught up...
My niece, Chloe', turned 18 last May! I find it hard to believe she is already 19!

We celebrated at my parent's house with a huge Subway sandwich and, of course, cake!

Mason was 4 here and Madelyn was just 8 months!

On the Lake--May 2011

Last Spring, we joined my In-Laws for a day on Beaver Lake. We went out on the boat (which Mason actually likes, opposed to his face in this picture!)

Mason did a little deep wading...

Madelyn got to hang out with her Grandma on dry land while we were on the boat!

Mason got a fishing lesson from his Uncle Billy.

...and gave it a try!

Snowmageddon

In February, we got 2 feet of snow! That's unheard of for our area. We usually get snow every Winter, but nothing like this. Everyone (including the local news stations) was calling it "Snowmageddon" or "Snowpocalyps." Needless to say, we had many, many snow days stuck at home. It wasn't that bad though, because we got to hang out watching movies and drinking hot chocolate, Wayne enjoyed pulling a few people out of the snow who were stuck, and of course Mason loved playing in the snow until he was a popsicle!

That's our BBQ grill under there
This is after Wayne swept the snow off the porch with a push broom--it was so powdery!

I loved these little bird prints on the front porch
